the family suffers if a person especially the head of the family has not manage well his family. he may be around but he does not know to manage his family. instead of directing his family to achieve a goal he does not do anything. he does not plan for the good of his family and for the future of his family. he leaves everything to fate. he allows his family to use their resources unwisely example money so when they need it in the future then they have less or nothing.
the future of the family and children should be managed by planning what to do so the family and the children will have a good future. the children will have a stable life in the future. the head of the family will not suffer if he will have no job or will be incapacitated this will most of the time happen.
one thing to be manage in the family is their house and home. the family should have a house. it is mayb own or rented. when owning a house of course it must be built. if it is expensive to build a house then it is practical to rent. by building a house, they can use cash or loan from the bank. it must be decided which is costly, cash or loan. the decision is for the less expensive presently and future. the size of the house must be also considered. small house costs less but if it is too small for the family problems will arise in the future. the house must not be too small nor too big for the family. if loan is preferred one must think if he can finish paying the loan. payment for the loan must be set aside monthly. the payment must be done religiously because if the arrears are very big then the bank will confiscate the house so the previous payments will be loss. and there is no house anymore. this is the mistakes of people who loans from the bank. they pay the bank for a period of time then they stop paying the bank. the previous payment became loss money
